Kelly Rowe Bio

Originally from Ohio, Kelly Rowe has proudly called Southern Nevada home since 2005. She enjoys the diverse tapestry of people, culture, and activities that define the Las Vegas Valley, making it an ideal place to live with her family. While she enjoys occasional shows, sporting events, and concerts, Kelly primarily spends her time at sports fields or exploring the multitude of outdoor activities that Las Vegas offers.

With a diverse educational background, Kelly holds bachelor’s degrees in both chemistry from the University of Dayton and nursing from Nevada State College. Her academic journey culminated in a masters of nursing degree with a specialization as a  Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Her professional career, as a nurse, began in outpatient Oncology/Hematology before transitioning into the role of a Primary Care Provider, where she has accumulated seven years of experience in a private outpatient clinic.

Driven by a commitment to comprehensive care, Kelly is passionate about uncovering the root causes of medical conditions rather than merely treating symptoms with medication. She believes in addressing the underlying factors contributing to illness, leveraging her scientific knowledge and expertise in evidence based practice to provide tailored treatment plans that promote long-term health and wellness.

Kelly brings to her practice a deep understanding and passion for bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), recognizing its transformative potential in restoring hormonal balance and overall well-being.

Her holistic approach to patient care combines medical expertise with empathy and understanding, fostering strong patient-provider relationships built on trust and collaboration. Kelly Rowe is committed to empowering her patients to achieve optimal health and vitality in the vibrant landscape of Southern Nevada.

Michael Tyler Bio

Michael Tyler is a seasoned paramedic firefighter with over 20 years of dedicated experience in emergency medical services (EMS) and firefighting. With a strong background in both clinical expertise and psychological understanding, Michael brings a unique perspective to his work, emphasizing compassionate care and patient advocacy.

Experience:
Michael has extensive experience in performing IV therapy and life-saving pharmacological interventions. He has successfully administered intravenous medications and fluids in high-pressure situations, ensuring rapid and effective treatment for patients in critical condition. His expertise in pharmacology allows him to make informed decisions and deliver appropriate medications to patients, thereby improving outcomes and saving lives.

In addition to his clinical skills, Michael has a proven track record of effective leadership and teamwork in emergency situations. He has served in various leadership roles within EMS and fire departments, guiding teams through complex medical emergencies and ensuring the safety and well-being of both patients and responders.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, which enhances his ability to understand and address the psychological aspects of emergency situations. This background allows him to provide holistic care to patients, considering both their physical and emotional well-being.

National Registered Emergency Medical Technician (NREMT)

As a National Registered EMT, Michael possesses advanced knowledge and skills in prehospital emergency care. He is well-equipped to assess, treat, and stabilize patients in a variety of challenging situations.

Prehospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS)

Michael is certified in Prehospital Trauma Life Support, demonstrating his proficiency in managing traumatic injuries and ensuring the best possible outcomes for trauma patients.

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

With certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Michael is trained to intervene in life-threatening cardiac emergencies, including cardiac arrest and acute coronary syndromes.

Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

Michael is certified in Pediatric Advanced Life Support, equipping him with the knowledge and skills necessary to provide advanced life support to pediatric patients experiencing medical emergencies.
